Food Science & Chemistry


Food Science may be a combined derivative of Food Chemistry, Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology and Engineering to offer one the knowledge domain to unravel the associated problems associated with Food products. Wherein, the Food Chemistry may be a branch of Food Science which studies the chemical change , interactions of biological and non-biological food, fermentation procedure and dehydration. It includes compounds like carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and fats with the mixture of water, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, food additives to regulate the food being contaminated and toxified.
